You can add a course to the basket, but will be prompted during the checkout process to create an account by completing in the form and choose an account password or alternatively Login if you are a returning customer.
Yes, your email notification settings are completely customisable. You can decide when to receive notifications via email, or only view actions on your dashboard. Simply Log In to your account, go to your Dashboard and click on Settings. Under the Email tab make your selection on when you want to receive notifications or not.
To reset your password, click on the Log In button in the upper right. Then choose Forgot Password. Fill in your email address and we’ll send you a reset link.
Courses purchased can be viewed in the Dashboard under Course Progress. You can also click on Courses in the menu bar of the Dashboard and view them under the My Courses tab.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. When making paying payments to any of our bank accounts, you MUST use your unique order number as your payment reference in order for use to link the payment to your order.Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account which might in some cases take a few days.

Anyone who has course material or a webinar they want to promote, let students enroll or sell can become a tutor. A tutor or instructor can use the ART platform to create and manage courses online or onsite. Simply click on Become a Tutor in the main menu.
You can request a payout any time you have funds available and have reached the PayOut limit set for your region (please check the terms of business relevant to you from our terms section).Simply go to your dashboard and click on Commissions. You can request a payout there.
Yes, there are packages available to promote your course at an additional fee.
Yes, the ART LMS platform allows you to upload existing presentations and courses directly by clicking in the Upload Course Package button when creating a course.
